Welcome to the entry level Ultrasound course covering the fundamentals of CORE point of care ultrasound.
Topics covered will include the following modules:
- Physics and Knobology
- Extended Focused Abdominal Scan for Trauma (eFAST)
- Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Ultrasound
- Vascular Access
This essential pre-learning will provide you with a theoretical foundation from which you will build on through the one-day, hands on course.
At the face-to-face workshop, facilitators will cover a series of hands-on scenarios, case-based discussions and lectures to provide you with the knowledge and skills to integrate point of care ultrasound into your practice.
