Overview
This module is designed to provide a foundational knowledge of vaginal birth and labour, including complications you may encounter, for nurses working within the UCC environment. It is not intended to be a comprehensive maternity training module. This elective module has been written by The Women’s Maternity Services Education Program (MSEP) specifically for RUCN-CDP learners.
This online module will take learners approximately 3.5 hours to complete. This may vary for each individual learner.
Once you have completed this elective module, you will be eligible to attend an optional face-to-face day workshop with the MSEP team. More details will be available at the end of this module.
