Jessica is an educationalist and program/project manager. Having commenced her career in the private sector, she has been working in public health for over 13 years with roles in Australia and the Middle East.
Jessica has been instrumental in the design, development and delivery of multiple emergency care projects, programs and services across the globe. Some of her larger-scale projects include the development of multi-year Emergency Medicine Fellowships, design and establishment of a Master of Clinical Emergency Medicine (Monash University), design and leadership of a state-wide education program for Victorian nurses working in urgent (emergency) care (funded by the Victorian Department of Health), and the development of multiple internationally delivered and recognised specialty certificate programs for emergency care clinicians.
Jessica was the coordinator of COVID-related education/up-skilling and redeployment training across Alfred Health in 2020 (~9000 staff), and project-managed the rapid development of two clinical expansion areas to assist with response to COVID-19 peaks.
She has particular interests in optimizing workforce experience and creating engaging, flexible workplaces. She has explored and embedded multiple operational process and system enhancements for AHE and leads our academic unit in providing opportunities to health professionals across the world.
