Barwon Health ED orientation guide

This online orientation manual is for nurses who have a confirmed placement at University Hospital Geelong (Barwon Health) Emergency Department (ED) only.

This orientation covers everything you need to know prior to your placement including where to go on your first day, who to contact, and shift requirements.

Please note: If you are undertaking a combined Barwon Health North and Barwon Health ED (University Hospital  Geelong) placement, you are required to complete both orientation guides.
